Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Data+Law, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service. Notwithstanding any damages that the User might incur, Data+Law shall have no indemnification obligations, nor any liability of any type, unless such exclusion of liability is unenforceable under applicable law, in which case, Data+Law’s total aggregate liability is limited to Euro 100.

Governing law and other provisions

These Terms, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms or their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims that arise out of or in connection with theseTerms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
